What wil you do?
- You will identify and analyze malfunctions in machines, installations, and systems to intervene quickly and effectively;
- You will signal early wear and take action to minimize damage and downtime;
- You will work closely with Reliability or Maintenance Engineers to analyze the causes of failures and determine the appropriate solutions;
- You will carry out repairs and replace defective parts to minimize downtime;
- You will implement technical modifications and proposed improvements to optimize machine performance;
- In cases of complex or specialized failures, you will timely seek the help of specialists or suppliers;
- You will test and verify the repairs made to ensure that machines and installations function optimally again;
- You will document all performed activities, including malfunction reports and maintenance records;
- You will provide technical support for production-related issues and contribute to problem-solving;
- You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase efficiency;
- You will advise the Engineering department on possible improvements to prevent future failures.
